CrossFit

Our CrossFit sessions follow the prescription of constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity.  A CrossFit session will be based around developing the 10 domains of fitness through a WOD (Workout Of the Day).  Each class is suitable for all members to attend as all elements can be scaled to suit each athlete’s level.

CrossFit Endurance

CrossFit Endurance classes are targeted towards workouts with a rowing and running bias to develop an athlete’s metabolic conditioning (the first stage in the CrossFit hierarchy for training). We also focus on skill development on basic gymnastics skills and the olympic weightlifting movements.

Weightlifting 

A 4 week specialist programme for athletes who are looking for developing their strength and technique in the Olympic lifts (snatch, clean and jerk). The weightlifting classes are run three days a week over the four week period.

This class is limited to 12 people for each 4 week programme.

Gymnastics

Specialist sessions for athletes to develop and focus on the technique and efficiency of the core gymnastic movements.  Each session will target one or more gymnastic movements and will consist of a warm up, technique and a wod focused on either quality of movement, number of repetitions or flexibility.
